I hold individual therapy sessions in-person in Shoreditch and Holloway (see below for details) and online.

We can work open-ended or short-term for 8-12 sessions. We can talk about this when we meet and decide what works best for you. We will meet at a regular time and day each week.

All sessions cost £75 and are 50 minutes. I offer an initial 20-minute zoom free of charge for us to meet and you to ask any questions you might have. Alternatively, feel free to book an initial session and see how it is for us to work together.

I offer a number of low-cost sessions for people on limited incomes. These spaces are currently full.
