Why therapy

People come to therapy, or counselling, for many reasons.

You may be experiencing a crisis in your life and feel a loss of control. Maybe you are unhappy about your own behaviour or patterns. Perhaps you are feeling stuck and want to explore how to make some changes.

Therapy is an opportunity to take time and space to focus on what is happening for you. A chance to explore what you need and want from your life? How do you become the person you want to be?

My own experience of therapy helped me explore my anger and grief, to build resilience, improve my confidence and make better life choices.

I think of therapy as a gift that can open up opportunities for change, create a new blueprint for living, and connect us with passion and possibilities.
